Although the location of the property wasn't ideal—being a bit far from major attractions or conveniences—the stay itself was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. All the facilities provided were up to the mark, including housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and in-room amenities. However, the food was a major letdown. Not only was it overpriced, but the quality and variety didn’t justify the high cost. The taste was average at best, and for the price charged, we expected much better. It would be great if the property could improve the dining experience to match the otherwise high standards of the accommodation. Overall, it's a good option if you're prioritizing comfort and facilities, but be prepared for underwhelming food and a less-than-ideal location.

Ac not work properly, bad smell outside the hotel continuously, food didn't try, well located, service is so so

The location is easily accessible by road and local train. For any personal preference for food, all types of good food outlets are available around. Also connected by metro for long distance travel to save travel time.

Location is very convinient. However for general locality non alcoholic customers may not like, because there is an attached bar, probably as a main busiess

The room are clean and everything is fine.

This can be used as a transit accommodation as it is adjacent to malad east station. Considering the room and ambience, the hotel charges are higher. But good i had to spend a night and i was okay.

I have book hotel with breck fast but did not timely share breakfast and not clear answer for manager. Very bad hotel management

The experience was good but the room was not as same as shown in photos the ac was in bad condition, room service was average the bed sheet were dirty.

Rooms were good but furniture was old. Staff were polite but slow. The main issue was slow water in bathroom

It was okay for the amount i paid and its not for family since we were boys we adjusted. Also your customer care executives are great!

Entrance is from inside a restaurant. No lift. Only luke warm water for bath no hot water. Food is expensive against the hygiene and premises. Charged higher than other good hotels where i stay regularly

The hotel was in very crowd y market, hardly got space for car parking, rooms were full of mosquitos
