Receptionist was rude and asked me extra payment. Later they said there is no available room. But later i asked someone to book same hotel on the counter room was available. So in short this hotel is selling rooms in black from the counter.

Hotel royal grand location is best, hotel staff are very polite and helpful, room of hotel are clean and good, only thing is that i don't like towel. Staff help me to book the cab, i check in late night then also service was good. And one more thing online payment updation issue raised by hotel. Overall rating neutral

*review-hotel royal grand* *pros* a)hotel staff is cooperative & location is just adjacent to hotel penisula grand, 90 feet road-sakinaka. *cons* a)small rooms are a major concern, which will suit for a solo traveller. B)cockroaches are there in room, which immediately requires a corrective action.
