Neatly mained... Clean location... Supportive staff

The rooms are actually meant to be used by people who use the function halls in the first and second floor. During our stay, there was a wedding going on throughout the night with the associated sounds which did not allow us to sleep even for a minute. Also, this hotel does not have an attached restaurant because of which you can't even get a cup of coffee to drink. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you are part of the functions which happen on the first and second floors.

Place is easily accessible, Front desk staff us courteous. Limited parking is available on site. Bed linen though looked fresh, had few stains here annd there. Ttowels were clean and fresh. Bathroom amenities are pretty basic, you just get soap and shampoo. Overall, a value for money place to stay in Tirupati on your trip to Balaji.

we have gone to Tirupati to visit Tirumala temple. we have stayed in Kuber Residency. the hospitality and service by the Kuber Residency is excellent

we were welcomed with a smooth check-in process at the reception, which was professional and courteous. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, mini-bar, and complimentary tea/coffee setup. The city view from the balcony added a refreshing charm to the stay.
