the water in the bath room was muddy and cold, hot water was not coming, we had to wait for nearly an hour and had to take cold water bath as we were getting late for temple, they cud not even arrange a bucket of hot water, the front desk was not at all responsive, they promised compensation but never reverted

Recent Stay – Service Issues

I stayed for 3 days, and I would like to share my feedback regarding the service during my stay. For the first 2 days, the shower in my room was not working, and I informed the reception every morning. However, the issue was not rectified until the evening of the last day. When I checked with the reception team, they shifted the to the Housekeeping department. This should have been handled proactively by the Front Office team. I have stayed at your property 4–5 times earlier, and the service has always been good. However, this time the experience was very disappointing. Additionally, the room service food quality was not up to the expected standard.

Not worth the hype

Booked 3 rooms for my family and spent a lot since last minute plan and the rooms were not up to the mark. Washrooms were too small and not clean and for one of our rooms the bathroom door was too hard to close and even main door was not locking automatically and had to hard pull it to close or open. Hot water in shower was running as little stream and had to wait for it to fill. Not worth
