I stayed at this villa with my family, and it was poorly maintained. The TV and AC didn’t work, the washrooms were in bad condition, and there was dust everywhere. It was not cleaned properly.

family with 4 kidsVery untidy place. The whole house needs renovation. Quite scary in the night. Also the house keeper didn’t even clean the house. Very bad experience. Would never book again or recommend.

All bathrooms Water taps are leaking, tub is available but not functioning.. full of dust to move to balconies. can only park 2 cars inside as there are already vehicles inside.. they r charging on single person instead room they should be a fixed coat for families whole Villa.. if the app doesn't support to put more number of people and even if you book whole Villa the owner forced to pay 5K more to them personally.

familyProperty was located on alipiri road and very near to the alipiri main entrance surrounded by very good hotels and other commercial establishments. Villa was huge with clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen has cutlery for self cooking with gas stove and refrigerator, however the microwave oven was not working. Caretaker was very hospitable. A very good experience staying in the villa. A must go for all your future stays in tirupati
