The rooms were not clean, the lock is also not good. Complementary waterbottle were not given, and if I buy the waterbottle from the reception they charge more than the MRP. The phone in the room is broken and if I need to walk downstairs if needed anything. no proper room service and people here dono English, which is very difficult to communicate.

Don’t waste your money even if you are getting it for 1k. Unhygienic rooms and towel linens are dirty. Bathrooms suck badly. No water or anything else will be provided. Staff is extremely rude. Parking will be given in a muddy area. Not even a single thing is good.

Loved staying here for business travel. Clean, comfy, and the staff was super nice. Great for work stay!

Stay in hotel was plesant without any issue. Food was available at nearby hotels located in Highway Road. Onething I want to say that the name of the property is now KBR Hotel not the one named in website at present and it must be changed at once. Overall, it was a nice preference.

Very good stay at the hotel and it is close to alpiri and nearby good restaurants are available . Less costly

Property is suitable for friends and family with affordable price but they should improve the amenities like room service providing water bottle

Subject: Failure of Hotel Booking I am Customer of MakeMyTrip since past many years and our experience so far is good.. We had booked Hotel Room in KBR Park, Tirupati on 01.01 2025 vide Booking ID NH ******5390 ( PNR ****** ). We reached the Property on 03.03.2025 and showed our Booking Voucher. We were shocked. The Property Staff stated they have not received Booking Voucher from MMT. We were in distress and dismay. We never faced this kind of situation for our booking through MMT. We as Senior Citizens were on Pilgrimage. We had a tight schedule to meet. We made quickly alternative arrangements for our Stay. We had booked Hotel Room on 01.01 2025 at the same Property, through MMT,  vide Booking ID NH ******6890 ( PNR ****** ). From 05.03. 2025. Once again Properly Staff informed us that they have not received Booking Voucher from MMT. This is double shock. Again we had to rush and make alternative arrangements. This is harrowing experience for two Senior Citizens. I now request you to kindly investigate why we had to face this horrible experience after making the payment upfront. We had paid Rs 2217/- and Rs 6650/ -respectively against the above bookings. Please let us know what action you have taken against Persons responsible for this mess. We request you to immediately refund the amounts paid along with Compensation for all the anxiety, tension and distress caused to us in this connection. Korrapadu Hanumantha Rao

Firstly Name of hotel is different as it shown in App . It took half n hour to search hotel. Bathroom is not upto the mark not cleaned properly. No in house restaurant or Roomservice for food. Too much mosquitoes in the room
