Subject: Failure of Hotel Booking
I am Customer of MakeMyTrip since past many years and our experience so far is good..
We had booked Hotel Room in KBR Park, Tirupati on 01.01 2025 vide Booking ID NH ******5390 ( PNR ****** ). We reached the Property on 03.03.2025 and showed our Booking Voucher. We were shocked. The Property Staff stated they have not received Booking Voucher from MMT. We were in distress and dismay. We never faced this kind of situation for our booking through MMT.
We as Senior Citizens were on Pilgrimage. We had a tight schedule to meet. We made quickly alternative arrangements for our Stay.
We had booked Hotel Room on 01.01 2025 at the same Property, through MMT, vide Booking ID NH ******6890 ( PNR ****** ). From 05.03. 2025.
Once again Properly Staff informed us that they have not received Booking Voucher from MMT. This is double shock. Again we had to rush and make alternative arrangements. This is harrowing experience for two Senior Citizens.
I now request you to kindly investigate why we had to face this horrible experience after making the payment upfront. We had paid Rs 2217/- and Rs 6650/ -respectively against the above bookings. Please let us know what action you have taken against Persons responsible for this mess.
We request you to immediately refund the amounts paid along with Compensation for all the anxiety, tension and distress caused to us in this connection.
