I was pleasantly surprised by how close the hotel was from Tirupati bus stand. The hotel is very easy to locate and not too far from the main road. All the places to visit in Tirupati are very accessible from here. The hotel facilities themselves are quite good and the staff Mr. Salman at the Reception was very welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and families.

I have stayed at this hotel previously without any issues. However, during my recent stay, I experienced a serious concern—bed bugs crawling and biting me in the middle of the night. I stayed for two nights, and on both nights, I had a terrible sleep due to this. I informed the reception about the issue, and they mentioned it was the first time such a complaint was reported. I sincerely hope they take immediate action to resolve this problem to ensure the comfort and hygiene for future guests.

Loved staying here alone. The hotel was neat, staff was friendly, and it had a great vibe. Will come back!

Dirty bed sheet. No dustbin neither in room and washroom

Like property is ok ok very small room and i have to call 5 6 time to reception for room service there service are very poor and breakfast is also very bad they give only small normal Dosa with no aalu in it with no tea coffe and they don't provide any toiletries and they don't even give the water we book for three people they only give one water bottle and they give matter which is also very thin and they don't give any comforter with extra bed they only give thin bedsheet my overall experience was very bad i m not satisfied

We had a great stay at this conveniently located hotel. It’s within walking distance of the bus stand, Srinivasan Complex, and just 15 minutes from the railway station, making travel easy. The rooms were clean and maintained daily by housekeeping. The in-house restaurant served delicious biryani, and the breakfast buffet was filling and satisfying. The hotel is situated in a residential and market area, which added to the overall convenience. With its clean rooms, good food, and excellent location, we had a comfortable experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Room was just ok. Bed sheets are dirty and I have to ask multiple times to change. But Staff was courteous

Stay is comfortable very comfortable people are courteous well kept house small niggles 1. Coffee only after 6. 30 (otherwise fine) 2. Not 24 hours stay. That will be nice ( necessary at times especially late check ins and late check outs) 3. No half day charges for half day extension (essential for late check outs across stdys all over the country) 4. Bed linen can be better (helps greater confidence) that is why it is 4. 5 than 4 or 5

Food availability is irregular, amenities are good, intercom is not functioning, very attentive on customer's call and service too.

Nice Hotel however the breakfast items are limited to only 3 (Idli, Upma, Puri). Don't expect Lunch and Dinner. Staff's behaviour is good but Room Services are very poor. I stayed for 3 days, not a single day they hadn't cleaned the room.

my dissatisfaction with the recent experience at the Supertown House DJ, Tirupati, I had high expectations based on the 3-4 star filter I selected for a family trip, but the reality was far from what was promised. Firstly, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities and services. The Wi-Fi was not functioning for the entire day, which was extremely frustrating, especially since we were relying on it for communication and work. The breakfast offered was terrible, with very limited options and poor quality food. The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. We found hair on the bedsheets in every room, which is unacceptable. We immediately complained to the staff, but the issue was never addressed properly. Additionally, we had to wait for over 4 hours for a bottle of water we had requested, which highlights the lack of timely service at the hotel. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing, and it certainly did not meet the standards of a 3 or 4-star hotel.

Good but the bed sheets are smell and they have some different stains on it there is no cancellation so i have adjusted there but the staff is polite and friendly.

Nice hospitality, tast food. Nearly bus stand and railway station travel s also avilabu. Car parking.

Hotel is good in outside and inside but the service is bad totally not worth

The place lacked cleanliness, with unresponsive staff who neglected issues. The bedsheets and bathroom appeared previously used and not cleaned for next guests, and the receptionist's behavior was extremely rude. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
