Low rate because of the location. There are no restaurants nearby. Small extra bed cost 300, and they gave me a tiny sofa pillow . I need to ask.them.for.water, then I called them for soap, and then I called up for a towel . The common area is not cleaned . The queen bed provided fits only 5.6 height average couple

location was convenient, I had to give an exam and it was very nearly situated yo my exam center. room service was good. it's that we got a room which I think wasn't used much and one lock was broken. it could be fixed. otherwise nice stay. comfortable bed.

Hotel is located at outskirts of the city. Doesn’t provide restaurants and laundry facilities. Also no decent restaurants available nearby this hotel. Washroom are dirty. Towels provided found in very bad conditions.

Unprofessional attitude by the staff. I have booked for a night with family on 16 jul. Reached at night & the guy on reception was drunk and not able to respond to any of our queries. The service guy however guided us to the room. But it was at-least expected from a hotel so close near tirumala tirupati balaji temple to help us with basic queries regarding temple. Moreover the reception guy was found always sleeping under influence of liquor till morning. Not at all happy & strongly not recommended if planning to stay with family.
