My stay at Taj Tirupati was truly wonderful. The property radiates a serene spiritual energy that makes the experience deeply peaceful. The food and beverage service at both restaurants was exceptional—attentive, warm, and personalized. Every detail reflected care and devotion, making my visit memorable, comforting, and spiritually uplifting.

I was staying alone and so I specifically enquired about safety for women staying alone at Taj. To my greatest dismay and horror, on 30/09/25, at 4:52 AM when it was still dark outside. I heard a knock on my room door. I did not open the door but asked as to who it was. A man replied that he was a person named ‘Das’ and was a hotel employee and was knocking to hand over my handbag. I told him that I had my handbag with me but he insisted that it was my handbag that he wanted to handover to me. So I immediately called the reception/help desk by dialling ‘zero’ and then one Ms Preeti told me that the handbag was meant for 314 and by mistake they sent it to 214. I can’t decide whether it was intentional or not because as a woman staying alone, I had specifically mentioned my security concerns to the hotel staff. At breakfast time, the duty manager Mr Vishwanathan and one Mr. Hariharan came up to me to enquire about the incident and along with one Ms Sheetal assured me that such an incident will not happen again as it was a TATA property. I had to leave for Tirupati Balaji Darshan or else I would have given my complaint in writing.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Tirupati! The food was delicious, location was perfect, rooms were clean and comfortable, and facilities were top-notch. Everything was excellent, I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends!

To say about Taj , tirupathi , it’s an excellent experience. Hotel room is very neatly maintained, services are very good, ppl responded very well to the queries and requests. Breakfast buffet is also very good. Only small drawback is the location though not very problematic.

Everything was fine. From check-in to check-out and the service offered is just Taj notch. The breakfast offered was good with wide varieties. My goto stay in Tirupati

The location of the hotel was amazing the stay was damn good and the staff were very friendly and the food spread was amazing really loved it. The hygiene is next level and the pool was really nice overseeing the 7 mountains of Tirumala

the property is located just on the highway around 20km from Thirumala temple...Rooms were spacious but view were not great. the food was also just ok..overall ok but not upto Taj standards
