It’s pathetic to order something in restaurant and in room service, all service staff except the manager, are untrained. Cutlery at the time of breakfast and dinner most of time out of stock from the front desk. Room dining service people had bought the half order. With tea the hotel didn’t serve sugar, spone etc. even they serve tea in uncleaned kettle

Stay was very good. Loved it. Staff were very courteous and helpful every step of the way. My only suggestion is to put in a little more effort in maintenance- the furniture/sofa/carpet was stained (could be due to usage over the years).
