The air conditioners in both the rooms are not working. The management had intentionally stopped the central air conditioning system. When asked to resolve the issue they had offered to change the room. They had checked two rooms in front of us but the Air conditioners are not working in those rooms also. They are giving good rooms to direct guests, but are providing such rooms to guests who had booked through MAKEMYTRIP, Totally a nightmare for us. Make my trip should ensure that such properties are blacklisted
