On the early morning of 10th November, two additional persons entered your room. Our receptionist politely informed you about the extra guest charges, which is a standard hotel policy. However, you insisted on allowing the guests without any charge and raised your voice first. Despite that, we respected your age and even offered to consider just one guest charge, but you were still not willing to pay. Sir, kindly understand that hotel policies are the same for all guests, and it is not fair to state incorrect information. For future stays, if more people are expected to stay in the room, we kindly request you to book a Four-Bed room for a comfortable experience.
