Descent hotel at a walkable distance from railway station

Property is located just at a walkable distance from the railway station. That is the best part. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue was that the check-in time was 12 PM but I reached around 8 PM by train and had to wait to get a room. The view of the room I got was excellent.

The room was clean and very spacious, we stayed for two days, the staff was very helpful. There is an in-house restaurant, the food was good too, walkable distance to Tirupati railway station only a minute walk, also just a minute walk to Vishnu Nivasam where we can book Sarvadharshan token ticket for free dharshan. Overall stay was great, two large size beds, good for two families.

Room is not clean. Bed bugs and insects around the room. TV is not working. To switch on the AC we need to call the room boy to switch on.

Service is poor, When reported check in with a 2 elderly persons of age 80+, they allotted rooms very far away from the lift and did not bother to send a boy to show the room and carry the luggage. They simply said, boy is not available. Go and find your room.
