Over rated hotel at best it’s average hotel. Absolutely hatted the strong naphthalene ball smell in the room, which was suffocating.

A very good stay. Comfortable, neat and well maintained rooms, easy to commute , very close to the foot hills of Tirumala, very supporting staff and last but not the least, good food at the restaurant.

1. I booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were interconnected with one door, but there was no key to lock that door. 2. I wanted to bath at 2:30 am for going to temple, but hot water was not working. 3. When rank up reception, no one attended. Thereafter, I went to reception. There was no one at desk. One man was sleeping nearby, I told him hot water system is not working. He never woke up. Lastly, I checked out at 3.30 am. Rooms were great with cleanliness, but very bad management.

The place is very well located in Tirupati and has very clean rooms. The plus point about the hotel is the restaurant. The chef is very good and we had very good South Indian as well as North Indian dishes. The coffee is very special and negative point is room Service the staff is very friendly. The operations are very slow.

Great value for money.

We went to stay at Janas hotel for the first time based on MMT reviews and we are really glad we made the choice. The location is very near to Tirumala temple and rooms are neat and clean. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Everything was good. Reception staff and room service staff we very polite. Overall a good value for money. One improvement suggestion is to have some softer pillows as the ones given were semi hard and when we asked for replacement, it felt the same.

Hotel is nicely Located near to ISCON, Bus station and Kapila Theerth. Rooms are well maintained , provide with toiletries , tea / coffee provisions. Has a restaurant with good service but with limited options. Staff are cooperative and helpful. WI-FI was poor and can be improved. Overall a good stay and look forward to staying there in my future trips to Tirupathi.
