The hotel is located at the perfect location. You can hire a cab from here. Stay was good and comfortable

Stay was good. The staffs were cooperative and helpful. They even provided extra pillows when requested.

The hotel room was pretty good, however the beds could have been more clean. Also room service took a while(for coffee tea etc). The staff was very friendly and helped with the extension of our stay when needed.

Should have a resturant otherwise excellent behaviour of staff members and you will feel as you are in your own house 🏠

Disappointed with the stay. The hotel’s hygiene standards were not as expected, the rooms were not properly cleaned and had dust on the floor. Hot water was not available and inspite of asking, provision was not made for it. Table lights were not working, there was hardly any response from the staff. Toileteris and towels as mentioned was not provided. Overall, very poor service and maintenance.

This is the second time we are staying here. I can say it is good option as it is near to bustand and alpiri bustand and even railway station and renigunta railway is 15min far to the hotel so as per transport it is best and it is center. As per room it is good spacious we have taken 3bed deluxe and deluxe room both r good and we stayed for one night we are satisfied.

The stay is very comfortable and very neat and hygienic. AC facility is also very good and hot water , kettle,wardrobes for the luggage and tv, big dressing area,chairs etc.Car parking facility is there. The staff are very polite. Overall it’s a very good stay for that Tarrif.

Hotel is very nice and peaceful ☺️ It was a luxury stay with well equipped furniture 🪑 The mirror was too good 😊 There maintenance also excellent and wash rooms to clean and well hygiene. Overall it was felt like home. A great choice for couples , family and all kind of people… It’s one of the best hotel in Tirupathi and location also very clear and great understandable for every taxis and Auto drivers .. So it’s a nice choice to stay in this hotel and it’s near to Busstand and railway station too

It is a good hotel, easy to reach as it is on main road. Overall experience is good

Very basic stay. dont expect anyhing great. if you just want a place to just sleep overnight, refresh shower in the morning and leave, this is ok. Rooms had a thick "just fixed" odor. Bathrooms were clean enough. Hot water was avaiable in the taps.Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a kettle in the room, but thats it. Even a coffee has to be purchased from outside by the staff , so did not even attempt to look at the so called menu in the room. Overall package was average , so did not find the price worthy.

Location is not near to restaurants, poor cleanliness, bedsheets are not fresh, bad smell, bathroom walls has holes, little worried about security. Loud door breakage noises at night. Disgusting sleep. Reception staff not reachable, room phone not working.

Dear team, it’s a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms & Washrooms are clean and hygienic.

Very neat and clean hotel, room size is spacious with clean washroom, toiletries are given and towels are absolutely clean, very courteous staff and well behaved, only drawback is restaurant is not there but you can order food from good restaurants

Booking shows King bed but actual is queen size small bed, Average room, no proper lighting in wash room, No TV Remote, corner and small room

The property is located in a central place and touching the main road, just next to a flyover. The room looked clean and the bed was comfortable and AC cooling was good due to which we were able to relax in the extremely hot weather, however in thr night, there were droves of small cockroaches in the bathroom and when we informed the same to the hotel, they were kind enough to move us to the adjacent room, however this room also came with cockroaches in the bathroom. When they mentioned that they were not able to arrange any insect spray, we thought that probably we are in a remote location and the nearest medical shop could be very far away, however next morning we discovered there's an Apollo Pharmacy just next door ! Bad experience on the part of Makemytrip as well because being a MMT Black member, our booming came with guaranteed free early check in (3 hours before standard check in time), however this was flatly turned down by the property citing unavailability of rooms. They offered early check in if we paid Rs. 500 extra in cash.

Not good as no cleaning & no maintenance. Bed sheets were used.Do not recommended to any body to go
