Hotel Southern Suites - Tirupathi(Near APSRTC Bus Stand)

The stay was quite affordable and comfortable. The rooms are very big with AC, geyser, common balcony and full wall shelves, but without TV. It is more of 2BHK flats where if you are booking for 2 rooms you can use hall, kitchen and hall with a common TV. The staff were very helpful. Only if you are checking in early they might charge you some more hourly basis up to your checkin time.

the property seemed relatively new and was maintained neat and clean. only negative was that the water heater on the bathroom wasn't working and it was difficult to shower in cold water. they did give half a bucket of hot water but that I don't understand how they thought that'll be enough for two people. they did say they'll come back with more but never saw them again.

Approach road was very narrow and not good. Ambience of hotel was good. No restaurants near by.

As per room booking image not match with booking room. Also some facilities was missing. It is not hotel, it's two bhk flats building.

Given used used room ,bed sheet were dirty and stain.dirty room with lots of hairs,private room in a shared living area.not worth the price.

Rooms are in good condition. All basic amenities are there and in working condition. Its apartment with 2 bhk flats in which every flat has 2 rooms with lock and key. There is no room service or restaurant. Location is around 1.5 - 2 km from APSRTC bus stand

AC was not worked as expected and geyser is not worked service provider immediately responded what we have asked

2 nights stay and very convenient location. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are polite. Linen is clean. Food is not available at the property but hotels are available nearby.

Staff is not helping and co-working. I was asked to extend my stay for one more day they refused for one day but if I was ready to extend my stay for 2 or more days they would be ready to accept my request. Also the switch of water heater is in another room so we have to ask to the person who stay in that room to switch on the water heater

If one is looking for value rather than amenities this is a very good option. I booked a 2BHK apartment for four days which is a very good value for money. Since, we were 2+1 they got confused with our booking and it took a bit of explanation from our side that it is indeed the entire 2BHK which we have booked. I have kept one star with me not because of that experience though. The breakfast option is very limited and slightly off the road location ensures 4/5 stars. The team does their job and I don't have any complains. Their WiFi worked for a day, later we had to use our own data and we didn't bother them.
