On my first day check-in, they gave me very small room where its difficult for two people to walk and sleep. Washroom was in good condition but water was leaking from toilet seat. I am rating this below average only because of the receptionist staff, he was too rude. When I reach at the hotel, I ask the receptionist about the darshan process and all, he was bit rude I giving answers.

This property is located in main road and very easy to locate. They have ample place for car park.The rooms are very clean and the whole checkin and Checkout process was very simple and fast. There is veg udupi restaurant and the quality of food is also very nice.

Spacious and clean room, clean washroom, even though a bit old, decent breakfast. Breakfast is not unlimited, and portion size is small. Only drawback was, we stayed for 2 days, but, they didn't do the room cleaning.

We stayed for just one night. Hotel is located at a convenient location. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. Special appreciation goes to Muni and Ramesh. Their guidance in going about getting Balaji darshan was extremely helpful. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Room was clean and nice. Bed was extremely comfortable.

The property is good but service is not at all good.. if anything asked for reception then it's like nothing to get... Despite of rigorous follow up, still we are not getting the basic requirement. We asked them to clean the room while leaving but unfortunate once we came ie after 4 hrs but the room is remained uncleaned. The basic hygiene is most important which they need to improve immediately.
