Good stay but .....
Room was ok, clean, location wise near to most be of places. What I don’t like hotel doesn’t have parking in their hotel which is outside in a plot. Towels were not clean even torned, also less toiletries were provided. Breakfast which is included in room were like a mini tiffin and menu is same for both day, if you ask extra they will charge for extra item.

Not value for money Not value for money, though location is very good but room service is very poor, in my room water is pouring from air conditioning, fan speed only on max no any low speed. I informed to room service they took more than 2 hours to repair AC but problem not solved, room service men’s are greedy each time they wants money & they are not cooperative total behaviour is to loot the traveler.😒

Excellent Stay
It was awesome experience again ,it was our 3rd time stay for us.This time we stayed in studio rooms ,it was excellent.Highly recommended.Location is also perfect.

Staffs are not courteous.. have to walk for distance from parking.. staffs are expecting money for parking , luggage etc..

it was a good stay but bathroom need to be little bit more clean . The fan was also not working properly (speed regulator)

Size of the rooms and bed were good enough. Walls has a little dust(can cause nasal allergy). Not all toiletries were provided. No handwash and hand towel but there a hairdryer machine 😂. i felt it's not worth for the price paid but it's close by Tirumala hill entrance and many good food restaurants nearby.

Good Stay
Stay was cool. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff are good and quick service. Location also good and well connected to all places.

Excellent Stay, Will book again
The stay is very close to Tirumala. The room was luxurious, near and clean. There is Separate parking available if inside parking is filled. The staff are friendly and so experienced they know their roles very well. I really appreciate the management and staff. I liked the breakfast also. Overall I would prefer the stay again.

We booked 2 rooms here and they were gracious enough to give opposite facing rooms close by … Pros- proximity to bus station and to commute to Tirumala is good.. location to various hotels is good too.. ample parking Cons- lots of opportunity for improvement .. we paid for both the rooms but looks like even more costly if u book in person .. the AC was not working and we had to call thrice and only 3rd time they fixed.. the cups were not washed properly it had coffee stains and when told her she just took it to the washroom in our room and washed it and put it back.. Therr was water leaking from the refrigerator which had to be cleaned .. in another room there was dirt coming out of the corners of the wash room And looks like there is no deep cleaning of the wash rooms .. no tissue papers in the washroom or kept outside … For this cost they need to maintain things well ..
