I booked the 3 rooms online first they denied saying that rooms are not vacant after pressuring them they gave the rooms but one room was leaking the water from wall and it was smelling other two rooms were average

The room stay is Good and Average... the spacious room but the concern is to get repaired the minor damages

Pictures are deceiving. No proper water. And even after asking for pillow and towels it was not given unless we went down and reminded again

There was no light in the bathroom, which was sorted out after 3 times of complaint, no toiletries provided, with breakfast inclusion in our booking, it was denied outright and even service call to mmt it wasn’t resolved, please avoid this property

Very poor maintenance. Not clean properly. Hotel exterior good interior worst. Satisfied location. Services good interior amenities is normal

Very courteous front office. I checked in late yet the service was excellent. Above average rooms. Good eateries nearby.

Overall the stay was Average. The bathroom was a little untidy with water dripping from the gunshot. water bucket was full of stains. The bed of decent, but the pillow covers had stains. But the stay is situated in a great locality with everything being accessable

Hotel was not at all good as expected which was shown in photograph. Staff not cooperative, AC was not working, rooms are horrible, no cleaning, bathroom not at all well.

No hot water , Fans and AC are running too slow , better do some good maintenance for it. For this kind of hotels please don’t charge to munch lo amount for it

I don't know about the food but amenities and services are really awesome. It has tv, ac, clean environment

AC no cooling, bathroom taps are damaged, bed spread are not up to the mark, no parking facility.. average stay

Air conditioner is not working in my room for this property

Stayed for three nights. No handwash provided. The bathroom towel was provided just for one day. Ac not functioning well and water dripping. Water facility provided from jars and one has to go to the ground floor for filling. Locker not working for all three days.

Ac is in worst condition and didn't work at all. Bed and mattress is not comfortable and never choose this hotel for stay
