Excellent amenities and services. Staff's were cooperative and supportive in nature.

Room is good. AC, TV, Water bottle, wardrobe But refreshing towels, brush, paste, comb not provided. Ok to stay

Very over rated price for this wrost hotel. Not at all the bedsheets and pillows washed or cleaned. Only good thing is , it is near to Alipiri for easy access, over all suggestion. Don’t book here for this kind of prices

Location - was excellent (very to kapilatheram & one way to aliphiri) service - good amenities - toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste was not given. (only soap was given) rooms are neat & clean

Workers or boys from the next building were peeping inside our room continuously. We couldn’t keep the windows open due to that. No privacy at all. They were walking to to and fro and looking inside our room diligently. Hotel management should take care of that.

Hotel stay was good but amenities not available. Toilet and bathroom was not so clean. Bucket and mug have deposition of salt.

Room smell is not good and they even not given water and soaps i asked several times and just now i checked out

Cockroaches in the hotel room. Even wash room mirrors are not cleaned. Wash room not properly cleaned. Wash room foot mats are not changed. On request only they have provided towel. Poor maintenance.

हॉटेल खूप खराब आहे.. बुकिंग करते वेळी जे काही कंमेंटमेंट केल्या होत्या त्या सर्व खोट्या आहेत. सदर हॉटेल ला ब्रेकफास्ट उपलब्ध नसून सुद्धा माझ्या कडून ब्रेकफास्ट चे पैसे उकळून बुकिंग करून घेतली. तसेच बाथरूम आणि बेड खूप घाण आहेत. लाईट सिस्टीम खूप खराब आहे.

Very good hotel to stay enroute only advice to them is to put a railing in the middle of entrance steps for seniors to climb. The two railings on eitherside has ornamental plants and obstruction

Location is very good but due to being on the main road, the constant blaring of loud horns is a real pain. Room service is slow but decent. Price is value for money. Attached restaurant is below average.

Stay was very good, room was neat & well maintained. Room service was a bit delayed but staff are well behaved. Location is on the main road but restaurants nearby are not that great. Only complaint was regarding the noise in early mornings due to construction of adjacent building but that is temporary. Overall worth the money spent.
