It is a basic a/c room. No restaurant in the hotel. But clean and tidy. Hot water is good.

Booked club room and stay given mixed experiences.. Firstly will talk about Good.. location, new property, hotel ambience makes pleasant... Secondly surprise was waiting in the form of about poor room cleanliness where hairs found on bed and bed sheet had stain marks..felt bad. Ugly experience was faced in wash room as it was stinking continuously.

The hotel is located is highly favorable and conveniently located. The bus stand is at walkable distance, The tirupati railway station is also nearby. Most importantly, the Vishnu Niwas where Darshan tickets available is also near to hotel.

It was pleasant stay and it Is in heart of city , new property first class service both family and friends can stay

Neat and clean room. Check in and out was simple. Being comparatively new hotel the bed is too high to climb for seniors and felt somewhat uncomfortable. Otherwise good

hotwl is in prime location. rooms were decent. child bed was not provided, despite being charged for the same. staff do not know the process to follow for tirupati dafrshan.

The stay was pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was good except for the room service. Car parking is available next to the hotel—just make sure to ask the reception for a slip, otherwise you may be charged a parking fee.

lts located centrally. they don't have a restaurant attached, so that's a negative point. Room size is very small, provided only one chair in the room.

Room was good we enjoyed our stay and it was near to railway station and bus stand . Overall it was good stay there

Manager Gokul was very helpful and really managed the situation well with great hospitality, amazing services, staff are friendly

service need to improve, as not cleaned rooms regularly. Also not provided proper facilities. everything we need to ask for water bottles, changing towels etc

Property is located in prime location I.e. walkable distance to central bus stand. It's new Property and rooms are maintained very neatly. Staff is also very friendly. Overall it's very good place to stay at affordable rates *****

Property and room was spotless. No space for complaints from our side. Everything from Reception staff to Rooms was 10/10

Nice room. It is in the main road only. Down stairs there is a udupi hotel also. Location is very nice, near to Bus stand.
