Good Location. Hotel Average. Budget hotel. You cant expect more. If not getting TTD rooms you can book this hotel as a secondary option for pilgrims.

location near by railway station and bus stand and amenities are good we found in make my trip

I travelled with my family & stayed at Hotel Durga Residency. The location was nearby city centre but only negative thing was the entrance to the lane in which the hotel is situated. The lane was very shabby and felt uncomfortable for family stay.

Poor cleaning , poor hospitality and poor commitment, ensure the quality of hotel during adding in the online

A single bed given the booking room and the given room change hot water not available tv not working alcohol bottle in drawer

choose their deluxe room...its good I didn't see the single rooms since it was not looking good

Room service like cleaning of room and changing of bed towels are not done after telling on reception and room cleaning man not done

Location was ok, Near to bus stand and railway station, room were not very good, bathroom were not clean, hot water was nit available as needed...only for few hours in morning

bed sheets not changed. wash basin leaking. Doors are not getting closed properly.

Very good calm location at walkable distance to Bus stand and Railway station with Car parking. Value for money. Good veg hotels are available nearby. Room service is good. Bathroom needs renovation.

Saturday morning book in.Rain started at early morning hrs.water flow on street.unable to go outside.Ask manager to arrange morning coffee.He told only one room boy is available.others on leave. He is also telling rain is there.so unable to go.Not having umbrella with us. Otherwise the stay is comfortable.

The Tirupati Balaji darshan was very grand and I found arrangement for staying, eating and relaxing here to be excellent. The time taken for the balaji darshan can be quite lengthy , which can be challenging for older individuals. Therefore, it would be advisable to have an offline ticketing system ,as it would make obtaining ticket easier......🥰🙏🏻

Ok for the budget but bathroom mirror doesn't have glasses to cover.. so bit disappointed with the stay

Owner knowingly allot 3rd floor to senior citizen like my mother. Basic amenities like drinking water not available. First asked for money for extra bed. Any time hot water comes from Tap. No room service throughout 2 days of our stay.

Compared to other property's location, food, amenities & services which is nearer to Tirupathi bus stand. this Durga Residency is and maintaince is also very cheap. who wish to stay at very very low budget, this is perfect. but who wish minimum hygenie in their bucket list,

We stayed here for one night. After check-in, we left our belongings in the room and went to the temple. When we returned around 10 PM, we expected the extra bed we were promised for our 3-sharing booking, but it was not provided until after we argued with the staff. The extra bed was in very poor condition, the pillow was wet, and the room itself was not clean. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. If you are planning to stay with family, I would recommend choosing another hotel.

one of the worst staff I have ever seen in my life is very rude behaviour with senior people and we come to this place for peace or devotional mood here they make the choice to the money

Bathroom and mirror is not good

1) not provide Towels. 2) AC working but no Cool. 3) have a Hot water but it’s came just 5 AM to 6 AM only. 4) once get in into room workers asked me give money.
