Cleanness is zero. Hotel staff and hotel manager's behaviour is very very rude. please don't book this hotel. Hotel staff is no. 1 liar. My experience is very worst.

Check -In : it was smooth.Check-out process: Worst (0 Star) this is because of some stupid staff who handled the checkout process was forcing to give 5 star ratings during checkout, he even was kind of fight mode. Positives : The property is near to bus stop and has easy access to all nearby places that is the only benefit.

Location good,restaurant was not there, We booked suit room but no kettle, no cup no glass. Kettle was written Among amenities but didn't provide. Service good.the room they showed us first were full of cockroaches,then they changed it.

One. Of the worst hotel to stay, staff are so negligent to work. manager of the hotel is very rude manner less & high curropt person. They don't have details of the booking customers & even don't have scanner to scan i'd proofs & take pic from mobile. This create sensation that he will misuse the proofs. All the staff are indiscipline d no housekeeping for rooms, tv not function, not giving water bottles & towels. They make waiting for hours for every thing. Even hot water facility is stopped saying summer. U only enjoy your discount. Pathetic service

groupThe hotel is below standard as per the price they charged. Stinky bed liner and broken switches. Room is allocated to 5 pax but only 4 adults can be comfortably sleep on the bed the room was not cleaned properly as the tiles were slippery and can cause slip and fall. Hot water was available only for 10 min, then gone, pathetic overall not a great experience, mm t should review the hotel before publishing it for selection.

The pricing of the room is high for the facilities provided. The ambience is not as shown in the catalog. The location of the hotel is very interior to the main road and also inferior. The overall experience is very pathetic and will not suggest or recommend this to anyone.
