Pros: The Olive Nest's prime location is a major highlight, with the bus stop and railway station conveniently within walking distance. This made it easy for me to navigate to the dharshan token counter and explore the local attractions. The Olive Nest's newness is evident in its pristine condition, and the rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained. The linen is fresh, and the washrooms are particularly noteworthy for their exceptional cleanliness and modern amenities. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. The rooms are also equipped with smart TVs, which allowed me to watch my favorite channels in the local language. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Olive Nest Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tirupati. I recently stayed at this Olive Nest and found it to be conveniently located near the bus stand. The Olive Nest is easily accessible,The management was very accommodating and responsive to my needs, flexible with room requests and doing their best to meet my requirements. As the Olive Nest is new, all the amenities are in excellent condition. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location is prime - just a 5-minute walk to both the railway station and bus station. My Room also has a common area with a sofa, table and dining area, as well as a small balcony. While I noticed a few areas for improvement, such as the lack of a dental kit and room locker for valuables. Overall, I was happy with my stay. The Olive Nest's convenient location and responsive management make it a great option for travelers. With some additional amenities, it could be even better. Despite this, I would recommend this Olive Nest to those looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tirupati.

Pro's: Very well located near to the train station and bus station, it's walkable distance. very clean room with all required amenities. smart tv with wifi is good. washrooms is in immaculate condition very well kept and maintained. Friendly staff gave me all the information regarding timings and tokens for the Tirumala pilgrimage,As a girl I felt very safe here & I can say best Olive Nest near to bus stand and railway station at this price point at the most convenient location in tirupati Cons: They don't have in house restaurant need to order from Zomato or Swiggy or need to call reception and give the order to them they will get that from restauran. There is no landline in the room need to call by mobile to the reception.

Close to Railway station, Bus stand and other amenities. Very polite and welcoming staff. Room and Toilet clean and well maintained. Staff also helpful and assisted me for transport and food orders.

Extremely happy stay at olive nest. Very newly constructed home stay. Well maintained premises and courteous staff. In close proximity to the railway station and bus complex at tirupati. Hot water and toilets are excellent. As time progresses, if they maintain the same standards it would be a favored destination for travellers. Altogether a very blissful stay.
