Fortune Park, Vellore - Member ITC Hotels' Group

I recently stayed at your Fortune Park, Vellore - Member ITC Hotels' Group and had an extremely comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a wide range of amenities that made our stay truly relaxing; however, I did notice that a few standard in-room conveniences were not provided, even though they’re typically found at Fortune Park, Vellore - Member ITC Hotels' Groups of this calibre. I’d like to extend a special thank-you to Mr. Ram, your restaurant manager. On our first night, we arrived very late—around 11:00 PM—after a long day of travel. By that time, only the fast-food restaurant was open and the North Indian buffet had closed. Mr. Ram personally arranged for the kitchen staff to stay a little longer so we could still enjoy a proper North Indian meal before retiring for the night. His kindness and extra effort turned what could have been a hurried snack into a warm, memorable welcome. If I may offer a few suggestions for improvement: 1.) Earlier Breakfast Buffet : The buffet currently opens at 7:00 AM, which is fine for most guests. However, for those attending early-morning conferences or departing early, an opening time of 6:30 AM would be far more convenient. 2.) Vegetarian Buffet Selection : While the non-vegetarian offerings were diverse—featuring a good variety of snacks and mains—the vegetarian options were very limited, especially for the main courses. With so few choices, vegetarians like us were often forced to either eat what was available or go hungry. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning and seeing these enhancements in place!

I stayed at fortune from Monday to Friday and it was purely a work trip. It was very comfortable, the rooms were very neat and staff especially at the ground floor restaurant were extremely helpful and kind. The only issue i had faced was, when i had asked for hand towels and a bath mat for the bathroom, it took a day for them as the reception in the night might have been understaffed. Overall a good stay. PS. everything in the morning buffet was nice, especially the idiyapam biryani and chicken curry, but the pastries especially the donuts were a bit hard and old.

Food: Good food option available and breakfast was excellent as well as you can order also your choice in brakefast. Room Service : Good room service. Room Ambiance:cozy rooms with all facilities. Staff: Excellent staff and very polite and excellent and very nice service received.

Great hospitality and good service by the staff in such a small town of India. Seems made possible by ITC and its customer centric approach. Though I found the room rates a bit on the higher side however your prompt services covered it up well. Thanks.

It was a very good experience staying in ITC vellore. The staff were very very friendly and the overall stay was very good. Food options can be improved a bit.

Everything is excellent. Breakfast was so good, beyond expectations. Sambhar was amazing and also the chicken cheese sandwiches. Even the food of the rooftop cafe was amazing.

Absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was luxurious, and the attention to detail was unmatched. We will definitely return!
