Clouds Luxury Service Apartment

The 2 BHK house was fully furnished and it was neat and clean. The security was very helpful. All the rooms had AC and can accomodate 5 adults and even couple of kids. We even used their kitchen that included oven, kettle, fridge, plates, bowls and even their fully automatic top load washing machines. It is located in a residential area and hence felt very safe. Only drawback is the roads were having lot of potholes and the hotel people cannot do anything for it. Similarly no food joints nearby. VIT is around 750m and it is walkable. But the good thing is they provided complimentary pick up and drop to railway station and VIT main gate too. Overall, it was a very good experience. They also provided early check in as we reached around 6.30am and they charged half the room rates for it. The wifi was very good and the receptionist and Mr. Arun whom i interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Overall it was an comfortable stay at clouds luxury service apartment.

Awesome stay. Great for family

The reality is if you don't constantly tip people in Tamil Nadu they won't help you with anything. the room was good and clean. it's definitely worth the money pay. but service is really bad. when we arrived we asked the security to help us with the bags. he did so only when we told him we would pay him money.when we checked out the next security guard did not even look at our faces. there are no caretakers as such, just the security guard and a cleaner woman. neither seemed interested in offering any service.

This apartment stay was fantastic for us extremely clean and fully functional and furnished. This stay had made our travel stay very comfortable. As travel-ling with a toddler we made use of the kitchen to the best. The apartment is located in a serine and residential area no room for any traffic noise or people disturbance. Would definitely recommend this to my peers.

I was given i small room against my booking of complete apartment. There was no tea available for the morning. Breakfast was delivered from outside. Ac temperature was fixed, and the remote was not working. What i paid and what i got was a complete mismatch. I sd be refunded for this stay.

The room was clean and good. The area and the people working there were very friendly. The apartment is well ventilated.
