Very courteous. Very accommodative to the changes requested! The place is quiet, very close to CMC, ideal for patients visiting for treatment.

food facilities are not there. road to hotel was bad. price is high .

Initially, I was skeptical while booking my stay at TKK Residency, but booked it because it is just 500 meters from the CMC. However, once I reached the location, and saw the property and the rooms, I was delighted. I must mention that the rooms are really spacious. They have a large kitchen, where we can cook our own meal. They have a separate dining area, so that the rooms do not get messy. The best part is that, they have a spacious common area which is airy and one can relax over there. Overall, it was a comfortable and budget friendly stay here, and I recommend this lodge to everyone.

Not clean and maintaining and masqto entry very difficult

This place is quite good and budget friendly if you are here to visit cmc. Free wifi and water facility is really good. You can make food by yourself here. This is the only place here which is budget friendly and little bit standard.

“I had an average stay at TKK Residency, Vellore. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for those visiting CMC Hospital. However, the amenities are quite basic and a few things like ventilation and hot water could be improved. Overall, it’s a decent budget place for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re looking for luxury or full services

I stayed here for 1 week as I was doing fellowship in CMC vellore. I had paid around 700rs per day with amenities like free wifi, clean room & bathroom along 400m walking distance to CMC. It's best for budget stay with pretty good amenities

Very Very Clean Room and Toilet

excellent location, services, hospitality.

I went there an hour before 12 o'clock and they gave me a normal room. The full day rent was 488. They bought half of it 244 from me. Then they gave me the room I booked online. The residency staffs did not know Tamil or English and their behaviour was very rude. The room price I booked online was 770. I vacated the room at 9.30 pm. The total amount I paid for 11 hours was 1014.

I stayed here for 2 days and had a very good experience. The room was clean, equipped with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, smart fans, and a spacious kitchen. It’s just a 5-minute walking distance from CMC, which is very convenient. The staff are polite and well-mannered. They provide utensils free of cost, and gas cylinders are available at a small nominal charge. I would definitely recommend this residential hotel.

The hotel is very near to cmc vellore. Neat & clean and the host Rajesh is very cordial to deal with the guest. Many Bengali hotels/restaurants are nearby, specially convenient for the people from Bengal. only con is the entry passage of the hotel is very dirty and narrow,otherwise OK.

Lack of Car Packing facility.

The room was clean and neat. There was no proper road to approach the lodge and lodge is not adjacent to main road. There was No hot water available for the bath.
