not at all recommended. very poor service. least bothered about the customer

In Paras no proper water supply,no regulator in Celling Fan,no intercom phone.Stay was painful.

All good except food and amenities . Scope of some important in these two areas.

Worst hotel to stay. No staff, No restaurant. Managing the entire show with 1 or 2 unprofessional staff. They don't clean the rooms even after requesting multiple times. They don't have the habit of cleaning the toilet. This is the only hotel near VIT campus , so overpriced and providing the worst service. For food, you have to pay for every time. There are good hotels around 5 km away from VIT campus

Very dirty, btahroom closet not cleaned at all, cocroches in the room and bathroom. Forced to change room, even the 2nd room toilet not good.

I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay in this hotel. If you report before check in time, they charge extra. No housekeeping staff, no restaurant nothing. Service is very poor.

Pleasant stay with comfortable room and good staff and service

The stay was good and was clean with highly maintained rooms and halls, although there was a problem with the large amounts of insects and rodents in and out of the rooms.

The washroom was not upto the mark as the throne was broken with water leaking, smelling. The room service denied to fix it on the same day and he was intoxicated on duty. But it was very uncomfortable. However on request, the room was changed the next day. Sorry did not click any.

Tv not functional, fan remote not working, towel was not provided initially. Coughing started when ac on, so it had to be closed most of the time. They don't even provide refund in case of cancellation.

There are power cuts, staff behaviour is rude, unprofessional. Service is bad, the cost was so high that it is laughable, please don't stay here.

Very nice stay totaly pure veg restaurant on 3 Rd floor is very hygienic and clean and neat very polite stafff and all good. 👍🏻

The behaviour of the stuffs are very friendly and polite. They are very helpful also. I like them very much. We will stay here only when come in vellore

The stay was great. The staff behaviour was excellent and all facilities were good.

Check in was quick. Staff were cooperative. Room was clean. But the tv didn't have any channels subscribed.

Rooms are congested. Rarely space to move inside. Drinking water was not provided initially. After reminder they provide ro water. Not a good stay.
