Well we booked a two bedroom suite and the place was clean and well maintained . But it was quite surprising that there was actually hardly any one to help us during the check in process with the luggage etc . But the worst was when the front office assistant on a request for a/c remote informed me - they have only one A/c remote for the entire house . And they expected us to use it that way . It’s quite surprising a property cannot take care of some basis stuff especially calling themselves premium .

The location is little outside the city limits. Nearby market is 1.5 kms to 2 kms. Gets deserted at night time. Getting cab is little challenge however, autos are available if booking via app. Food is average, no options for non vegetarians. Room services are relatively slower than other hotels in same category. Surroundings are not eye soothing, under construction building at one side of the suite and car wah and repair center on other side.

The only things I enjoyed is the food. Despite reaching hotel post check out time, we had to wait for our room to get ready. They even refused to give water bottles when requested. I’m a frequent traveler and haven’t had such a terrible experience. The swimming pool is under renovation and we got to know this after reaching the hotel. Neither make my trip not the hotel informed us about this. Not at all worth for the money I paid.
