I'm not satisfied regarding cleaning. I could see marks on blanket. When I ask anything to staff they were a little bit irritated to answer, need to improve. Whatever a customer asks they need to answer in a proper respectful way. And the basic things they didn't arrange in the room before my arrival, I asked them by calling several times.

A perfect suite room which gives a luxury feel. It is very neat and very well maintained and also with 24/7 support staff services available. It is located near to Srinivasam complex and also closer to Alipiri and Tirumala.

My journey experience in this hotel is very good. check-in is really fast. as they mentioned in the images, room is good but not as big as shown in figure. as in my time in this hotel, the zomato deliveries are really good. all good restaurants like kfc, dominos, etc... are really close to the hotel. in my time at night current went off. but the back up is so fast. that's really tells that the service is really good.. if anyone is watching this review, my suggestion is... this is the best place to stay in tirupati. you don't face any difficulties to stay in this hotel.

Location is OK. It comes mid-way in the length of the new flyover. The hotel is in a busy road and you can't park the car in front. The car part of the hotel is 100 meters away. Restaurant is veg + Non-Veg. Since I am a pure vegetarian I did not have food at the restaurant. The hotel exterior, corridors and reception are clean and posh. The room is also well equipped and the bathroom is large enough. But one major issue is cleanliness. The bathroom floor and the closet are not clean. The walls of the room are dirty. They don't change the bed linen that often. But when asked to change they did, but the laundried linens themselves appear stained and dirty. If you are not that person who expect a minimum cleanliness, you can stay here. It is good value for money. But cleanliness is only 40% in every sense.

Great location, it is right beside Srinivasam complex. Support staff is surprisingly receptive and quick to take care of simple regular asks. Decent bedding and washroom hygiene. Got a great deal on mmt and it was super value for money!
