Worst hotel ever I have been
Rooms were not clean, there is fungas in the fridge and on curtains. No house keeping staff available to clem the room for 2 days. Room service was not provided after multiple calls we got coffee, no boy to assist to transfer the luggage. Please remove the hotel from Make my trip list

Not for Business travel guests, Worst Staff Behaviour at reception and room service , Rooms with cockroaches

Property outdoor is not maintained , Infact poorly maintained and swimming pool in not operational. Breakfasts buffet was very minimum variety and none from the me u was hot. Rooms interior is fine . Opted for dinner buffet while booking which was nit available at the venue and had to order ala cadre . Overall it’s not worry the price and property is definitely below 3 star. Thank you

Average Stay
Receptionist needs to be more polite. The overall room quality is good however the room service was not great. No dental kit , no towel was provided . It was brought after request. After 12 pm room service was not picking calls. The room we got was neat and clean and everyday clean up was done preciously. The view from the room was great

Excellent Stay
We stayed in starlit Suites from 30th sep to 2nd Oct 2025. the stay was very pleasant. the location of the hotel is great. it's close to bus stand and railway station. the room was very clean and the service was very good. staff, especially in the restaurant, were very quick and patient. overall, it was a very wonderful experience.

Poor Stay
Poor condition of rooms, no amenities provided. Requested for 2 dental kits but never received. Refrigerator was extremely dirty from inside. Dinner food was also not upto the mark. Parking service is pathetic. The reception staff did nothing about the complaints. 0/10 not recommended

the place is very impressive and clean. our stay had great view as well of tirupathi. Clean linden and sheets.

Stay at
The property is close to the Railway station and main market and well connected to Tirumala road . The rooms are spacious and the service is good. Must say that Food was very good .

disappointing stay
Well we booked a two bedroom suite and the place was clean and well maintained . But it was quite surprising that there was actually hardly any one to help us during the check in process with the luggage etc . But the worst was when the front office assistant on a request for a/c remote informed me - they have only one A/c remote for the entire house . And they expected us to use it that way . It’s quite surprising a property cannot take care of some basis stuff especially calling themselves premium .

Location and the amenities are great very spacious rooms and very clean rooms just need to look into the working of some of the taps and shower heads in the property

The dinner that we ordered was extremely spicy and perhaps was suitable die hard chilli 🌶 lovers.We were left gasping for water and something sweet to cool the burning throat😩

Location is-Good . Food is average.Rooms are very spacious.service is good. Amenities are average in the bathroom, not able to excuse the shampoo, hand wash, et cetera. They should change the dispenser immediately .They should provide a TV in the bedroom
