The hotel stay was excellent. Spacious rooms, clean washrooms, and helpful staff. Food was delicious with wide options. Location is perfect, close to market and attractions. Truly value for money.

Nice place to stay. quality of the food is good. It's very close to the railway station and bus stand. overall its a decent place to stay with family

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was tasty and freshly made with various options.I was pleasantly surprised and want to come back again.

The location and room was very good and except that didn't really like anything of the rest. The people at reception were very cold in response and very callous. The AC was not enough in the room and throughout we had to keep the fan at full speed. We had to use full strength to use the flush. My uncle who were in other room had to change the room as well due to some issues. Being in hotel industry they didn't even have a smile to welcome.

I booked Kences hotel from make my trip I was unknown abt hotel but had trust on make my trip for their service and accommodation and mainly I got very good accommodation, rooms, service by staff and also the food was nice. You can try this hotel without any doubt…

It is very pleasant hotel and nearby Bus stand, easy to access bus stand as well as railway station, staff is very good and cooperative. Also food is very good in quality with hygiene. Overall very good experience for family.

This hotel literally dont care for the hospitality at restaurant. Else checkin checkout was hassle free. Also majority rooms having cocroches ans ac has no control as its central ac, my rooms dan only works at 5 level. I would recommend not to have food in thos hotel. Its worthless of food.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tirupati for two nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. I had booked a superior/suite room which cost me around ₹8,000 for the entire stay, and I must say it was well worth it. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities included, which made the stay very comfortable. The ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, and the staff were polite, attentive, and helpful whenever required. Though I did not try the breakfast or any of the food services offered by the hotel, the quality of service in terms of housekeeping and guest assistance was very good. What I appreciated most was the overall comfort and ease of the stay — everything was hassle-free, right from check-in to check-out. It felt like a perfect balance of convenience and comfort, especially for someone visiting Tirupati. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay in Tirupati.

Terrible experience at Kences Hotel, Tirupati... I checked in to Room no. 226 on Sept 3 around 8 pm. After keeping my luggage in the room I stepped out for dinner. Upon returning from dinner I noticed things in my room had been moved around. TV was on. Curtains were opened. Water bottles were empty and my mobile charger was missing. I went to the reception to ask who had entered my room in my absence. Initially I was told no one had entered. When I asked to see the CCTV footage, the manager came out with the truth. They had accidentally given my room to some other guest when I had stepped out for dinner. They said it happened due to a software problem. I told them my mobile charger was missing and asked them to call the other guest and have him return it. They called the other guest who was shifted to Room no. 334 and he said it's late at night now and not to disturb him. They said they will follow up with the guest in the morning. When I checked with the reception in the morning I was told the other guest had already checked out and they can't do anything. Please avoid Kences Hotel. Terrible hotel and irresponsible staff.
