Review Of Kences Hotel (Opp APSRTC Bus Stand)

Not maintained well.Cant expect more from these type of budget hotels.Food is ok. Check-in and checkout process is quick.

Good location. We stayed with family . Breakfast is tasty. Room service is good. All staff are very cooperative. All rooms are clean and tidy

The facilities are crumbling. In the bathroom, the flush button has come out (though it was functioning), shower tap is falling off. While hygiene is maintained, maintenance of the facilities need to be improved.

I have ordered an extra bed in night for which i had to pay rs 1000. To which I agreed. Now at the time of check out the manager was saying to transfer this amount into his personal google pay number not the hotel g pay. When i pointed then he showed me hotel g pay number. Also when I asked where is final bill he decline to give . Senior management must loook into such grave misconduct

Booked this hotel due to EV charging point but the charger was under maintenance when i spoke to the security about this they said it's been under maintenance from a long time that was very disappointing and secondly the bed was uneven one side of the bed was uneven making it uneasy for 1 guest and giving an uneasy sleep

location was good staff and amenities are excellent. such a pleasant trip.

Stone throw away from railway station, yet, quite place away from the hassles of hectic city despite being opposite to busstand. Very clean rooms and property. Helpful staff. No issues and enjoyed the stay

Great stay at kences hotel , extremely neat and clean hotel with polite staff. Food quality is good also the breakfast menu items are same but delicious.

The accomodation was not really worth it. we had got a room without lock in our bathroom. A worst experience in our trip

The stay was good. The main highlight of this hotel is the location. Very near to bustand and railway station. Major food restaurants, ice cream joints and fast foods centres are at walkable distance. One negative is that the Hotel is a old hotel with no modern amenties. Extra bed is horrible for the kids. Food is OK.

Located in the heart of the city just opposite of bus stand and near to railway station. very neatly maintained rooms. Good room service and house keeping. Lavish buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The room did not justify the price paid. The kettle was not working and the bathroom had no functioning exhaust which made the stay uncomfortable. The staff was ok. The only positive was the food, which was quite good.

Food is average and staff also not responding well

Everything is fine except for the front desk staff. and uncooperative; they have no idea what they're doing at the front desk. I enjoy booking again because of the property's location.

Hotel stay is good, foods are too costly. Rooms are clean & specious.

During my stay in room 105 on October 16, 2025, several issues were encountered, including a non-functional power card, air conditioning water leakage, and bathroom leakage in multiple areas on the top floor. Furthermore, the responses provided by the manager on duty were deemed unsatisfactory. It is recommended that a thorough inspection of the room be conducted prior to occupancy.
