Good people, good hospitality, the A2B right at the entrance is a good addition to food options and sweet shop within the premises is a bliss. bed is comfortable and the washroom was clean and dry. Towels were replaced daily by the staff. I wish my view was better but no complaints on that!

Hotel Room has all required arrangements well placed. Response of House keeping, Reception and Room Service all are good. One improvement suggested in Laundry. As the rooms are alloted after 12noon, laundry to be collected on arrival from Guests and to be delivered before vacating the Room on next day. Thanks

Please dont visit this hotel , it has terrible rooms , ac doesnt work even after complain no actions were taken , food is terrible , it had hair and bad smell. Even after complain they didnot change the room , they didnot improve food . Staff is rude and hospitality

We have noted your negative comments and we are not surprised as you have also told us clearly that you are going to post negative and bad comments on Make My Trip as you were not given complimentary food and at the end not given refund of the room tariff . The reason you demanded for a refund was that as you did not like the food and as our staff did not cancel the food and not offerred complimentary food, you wanted refund on the room.
