Place is easily accessible, Front desk staff us courteous. Limited parking is available on site. Bed linen though looked fresh, had few stains here annd there. Ttowels were clean and fresh. Bathroom amenities are pretty basic, you just get soap and shampoo. Overall, a value for money place to stay in Tirupati on your trip to Balaji.

we have gone to Tirupati to visit Tirumala temple. we have stayed in Kuber Residency. the hospitality and service by the Kuber Residency is excellent

we were welcomed with a smooth check-in process at the reception, which was professional and courteous. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen television, mini-bar, and complimentary tea/coffee setup. The city view from the balcony added a refreshing charm to the stay.

Reception person and service person was same. Taken a lot time to lay 3rd bed.

Our stay was great and the owner srinivas is very accommodating and a wonderful person. The place was great and clean and accessible to lot of restaurants. The staff were very nice. Overall it’s a great experience with them.

Good for short stay. Close to Alipiri gate. Having no good restaurentents nearby is a big negative here.
