Room was not good and restroom was not at all clean. Staff were also not friendly. Very rude behaviour.

I have not stayed in the hotel yesterday i was travelling in car with my wife and kid and i stuck in the city traffic and try to contact them they did not even bother about that and after log of struggle I stayed in a different hotel my amount gone and no one bother from there hotel to call me once. Horrible experience please look into it seriously

Location and Room Stay is excellent. Food can be better Who ever needs near to bus stand and decent stay you can opt this one. you can also get bike rentals at reception area which is very useful

Stayed in room 212 with family. Checked in on 16 feb and checked out on 17 feb 25. First let me bring out the positives of this property. 1. Location 2. Room size 3. Functioning kettle, a/c 4. Clean wash room 5. Excellent mattress to sleep on. Very comfortable. 6. Food served was of good quality. Bfast was included part of the package and was excellent. 7. Fast check-in / out process. Now coming to the negatives- 1. No wifi coverage to our room. 2. Restaurant under renovation. Cooks not available in sufficient numbers i think. 3. Very slow & poor service. Very poor hotel rooms, unhygienic, mosquitos in rooms, smelly bedsheets. Reception staff need training on customer services. Breakfast not on time and had to wait for 45 mins. Don’t book this hotel unless you have no other choice in tirupati.

Stay was very pleasant and the place is centre of the tirupathi town - food was good too! convenient place to reach both renigunta & tirupathi railway station! overall pleasant stay

Hotel Grand Orchid in Tirupati offers spacious rooms that provide a comfortable stay. However, the bathrooms, though large, are not well-maintained, with visible water stains and signs of wear. The TV selection is limited, offering fewer channels than expected. The food options were average, with limited variety and room for improvement in taste. The breakfast buffet was similarly restricted, with a lack of hot options and a relatively small spread. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the opportunity to check the service in detail during my short stay. While the hotel's location (near RTC bus stand) is quite convenient for exploring Tirupati, the overall experience does not justify the relatively high price. Given the lack of variety in food, limited amenities, and maintenance issues, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers. It could certainly be more affordable for the standard of services provided.

Room size displayed as 470 sqft, but it's very small room barely 100sqft. No wash basins in the room. Room service is extremely slow. Takes 8-10 hrs for providing water/towel.

The room was good. But the breakfast was very bad. The service was bad. Had to wait for half hour for breakfast items. Apparently the kitchen is else where and quality of breakfast was very bad.

Stayed in room umber 116 on the first floor. Window opens to the garbage collection areas, some time that areas used as a parking during night. Room decor is very depressing. Breakfast is very bad. Very limited option. A few of the f&b service team members are very grumpy.

Recently i booked two superior room in grand orchid. Honest review for the stay. My booking i made through make my trip since i m made it in that they didn’t provide a proper service to me. Firstly the interior work done in room was many broken woods since i had two kids both got hurt in many broken woods next wi-fi wasn’t working entirely i complained twice reception person says they will send technician no body came. Next in rest room the western toilet cover was broken no proper itenary in rest room all used one they have kept. In my booking it was mentioned as iron box and hair dryer will be tier in room but it wasn’t present. Many times complained this to reception but no reply. Mainly i should say about restaurant present at the bottom if u want to have lunch for emergency menu will be onli less no meals or any gaiety rice. But one plus is the breakfast they provide as compliment which was good. Overall i would say i had a ok experience with the stay
