Hotel Regalia

Firstly, I should have checked the cuisines they are offering. Being a strict vegetarian, I didn’t fancy their multiple cuisine they were offering. The rooms are pretty worn out. The bathroom is the worst . No good hot water & broken lamps. It’s an old property and needs a thorough revival. For the type of facility, it’s quite pricey!!

Location is excellent as all the major spot are very nearby, quality of food is good restaurant lighting should be improved and need to improve the service quality. Room lighting should also be improved.

The current hospitality is really worst in terms of Front office team response and taste of the breakfast... I was regular visitor due to their fantastic service... Now , Every thing is change and not impressive... I urge the Hotel management team to look in to this and sort... Location is very close to bus stand. Some good snackinging options nearby. Autos available for commute easily. App related cabs and autos also available. Rooms very small. Did not have breakfast this time. Front desk Team very supportive. Also in sharing GST bill on Whatsapp

Excellent stay at the property last week ... Super hospitality and most importantly, awasome location ... Accessibility to central bus depot of Tirupati and near to even Renigunta. Super food and spick & span room, floor, hotel in all. Last but not the least ... Courteous staff from reception to house keeping... Will ensure I go there again in next month and will recommend you to kindly consider the same.

The only good thing is the location this hotel may have been at some point of time but as of now it is in an atrocious state Had to switch rooms thrice just to get a clean room The facility is in absolute shambles The bathrooms are Ames’s and almost everything’ is either broken or dirty

Good ambience and very accessible from Station/Bus stand.

Very poor facilities , Room was very dirty , wash room pathetic with stagnant dirty water everywhere .. no proper cleaning in the room and linen.

Rooms Not proper cleaning, Bathroom Exhaust Fan Not working, Staff Aurogant, Shower Not Working no proper lights in Bathroom

Food was good. Service was excellent too. The rooms cab be bit more organised. Rest all good

Bathroom not good no hot water, bedsheets and pillows are not washed properly first they allotted one room it was not ready again they shifted to other room it worst. Bathroom doesn't have lock.

The property is well located, bang on the ramanuja circle. The rooms are compact. The acs work well. The mandatory coffee pot and tea bags were there. Maybe, the washrooms could be a bit more better. The restaurant was a revelation. The food is really good. Didn't feel the need to step out for food. The staff are good and attentive. We will surely stay with them the next time we go to tirupati.
