Not a “ValueStay” – Disappointing and Misrepresented

This hotel being rated as 3-star is very misleading. Rooms had mosquitoes and moths, and the soundproofing was terrible. On the ground floor, we could hear conversations from reception; on the second floor, loud door-slamming noises disturbed us all night. Located right next to the highway, the hotel is noisy, hot water was not continuous, and it is 5 km away from the Tirumala foothills with no good restaurants nearby. I am surprised MMT lists this under “ValueStays,” as it misleads customers. The only positive was the staff — they were courteous and responded to requests promptly. Sadly, their good service could not compensate for the poor infrastructure and maintenance.

Well maintained place in a Pilgrimage plac

I stayed at this hotel during my Tirumala visit. this property is located in the heart of the city quite accessible to railway station and Tiruchanur temple. The rooms are cozy; I opted for connected rooms and both rooms are kept well maintained. The rooms have all the basic needs like Aircon, hot water. There is no in house restaurant but we can opt in for room service and the staff can manage to get the food from a restaurant they have a tie up with. I am not sure of the car parking as we availed taxi service but from the looks of the property the car parking space could be small is what I guess. There is nothing that stops me from visiting this place again in my next trip to Tirupati.
