Excellent stay.. we had good food with excellent service

property's 2nd and 3rd floor is under renovation, book 1st floor as of now. food is good and reasonable price. bar has great offers on imported drinks, good location., nice place to stay.

As renovation was going on it was dusty and they could not change room as well the room what was provided outside would not cost more than 2750 per day

Good but The rooms are currently under renovation, so the ambience is very poor and not welcoming to enter

The stay at MINERVA GRAND was comfortable.. The room was neat and clean. The food at the coffee shop was tasty. Overall good experience.

hotel is under renovation. the AC system is unavailable to maintain temperature and malfunctioning.

Hotel rooms are very good .. food is very good .. location is excellent with specious in front of the hotel .. check in was so smooth never expected .. in all respects it is great experience for me and my family

While minerva has been reliable and my go to , this stay was horrible. There is a renovation work ongoing, and you need to endure constant drilling. It was absolutely horrible.

it was a really an unpleasant stay that my family had this time. I booked an imperial room >3 months in advance, but they provided another low quality room with a reason that they are giving with priority only then why we need to book in advance. Room doesn't have windows and not that cleaned as last time. Amenities are really old. As days goes their quality is also going down very rapidly. really a very bad experience for my family. Also the reception people were very arrogant and not at all helping, my family had a very bad experience with them even for a wifi connection. We are booking the room for the safety and comfort of our family which is not at all meet with this hotel. No more next time. Our recent stay did not meet the standards we have come to expect.

underkept services. very poor quality of walls, bathroom fittings. not expected of a four star hotel (that's what it says on MMT and online). maximum 2/3 star. very poor noise cancellation between rooms. can hear everything from the adjacent room. old carpets give off a stale smell. food in the restaurant was good though, although many may find it spicy

value for money. good food. clean roms, location is excellent, prompt service from hotel staff, they would immediately attend to anything we needed

Location is really nice in the middle of the city very comfortable and food needs to be improved a bit amenities and services are really nice we had a really comfortable stay

Our recent stay at Minerva Grand Tirupati was unfortunately very disappointing and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price point and reputation. 1. Lack of Transparency During Renovation: The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, a fact that was never communicated at the time of booking. As a result, our stay was disrupted by excessive noise and an uncomfortable indoor temperature due to inadequate cooling — a particularly challenging situation with a toddler. 2. Untrained and Unprofessional Staff: Across departments, the staff lacked basic training in hospitality and customer service etiquette. There was a general lack of attentiveness and warmth that one expects from a reputed hotel. 3. Rigid and Unaccommodating Service at the Restaurant: Any simple request made at the restaurant — such as adjusting the AC temperature or modifying food slightly for our 14-month-old daughter — was initially met with a firm “no.” Only after repeated explanations were some requests reluctantly fulfilled, and often delayed. 4. Inappropriate Behavior Followed by Hostility: We had an uncomfortable experience with two restaurant staff members. Initially, they were overly friendly and intrusive with our daughter, which made us uncomfortable, but we chose not to complain. However, their behavior suddenly changed to cold and dismissive later, displaying unwarranted attitude. This left us feeling unwelcome and led us to avoid the restaurant entirely for the remainder of our stay. Overall Impression: Our experience at Minerva Grand Tirupati was frustrating and far from relaxing. The lack of transparency, untrained staff, poor hospitality, and unprofessional conduct made this a regrettable stay. We would not recommend this property and will certainly not be returning.

It was a very good place but we got slightly late check in

renovation work was going on and it seems it will take 6months for the work to get completed. break fast was good.

It was a pleasant stay at an affordable price. We travelled by our own transport, location is in a good place in town, we have shoppjng maal nearby to buy any required clothing. Rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.
