Very worst hotel i have seen in my life lock not working no pillow covers bad smell maintenance so bad manage behaviour is so r hood

There are many mosquitoes. Room boy did not give towel and soap at the time.

Staff are attentive and responsive. Room is spacious. Cleaning is also good. Very nearer to railway station and apsrtc bus station. Local temples like padmavathi ammavari temple and others are near.

Mate se is not good in both room and bed. I am chekout in 10am

The room was maintained clean. Staff behaviour and response was good. But there were so many mosquitoes in side the room proper pest control needs to be done.

Worst experience. No room helper

The hotel room is very nice. The bedsheets are very clean. The staff responded very quickly

This was horrible experience, as there was no direction to reach property, hygiene was concern as cockroaches were there on bed etc and receptionist didn’t had courtesy to welcome guests

The images shown and the hotel rooms which they allocated are completely different. 2. Address they have given is completely wrong. We walked with all our luggage to their new location which is 300 mts distance. It was complete disaster. 3. We had old people who were unable to walk. They could have given the same address or mention that it's a new one with updated images.

didn't wash bed spread and blanket it was smelling bad we told to change but they didn't respond

The hotel location was bit far from station…and the new complex is terrible than the old complex of the hotel .Hotel is ok to spend one or two nights

We couldn't sleep due to mosquito, when asked for tv remote was not provided even though there was in lobby, normally drinking water are provided for free they ended up charging it. Though they say they have parking space in new char-aka but it is shared with other businesses who will object if you had park in front the store due to space constraint.

hotel good, but we have to ask for everything like Towel, soap, water. apart from that all ok

No basic amenities, geyser too small - for filling 1 bucket hot water need to wait for more than 30 mins, tv not working, no water provided, bathrooms not sufficiently ventilated and clean

Excellent but only one problem is communication at reception is worst

Hotel is ok ok. But the receptionist is not friendly. He is very arrogant. But the staff is very friendly

Rooms and service is good. Nice location

Room were completely filled with cockroach. We thought we will try to adjust as it was only on the floor and wall, but it was also on the bed. We had a small baby and hence we asked for change of room, but even the 2nd room was same. Finally the third room was far better, with one or two cockroach seen, so we tried to adjust thier itself, as we were fully tired. We accidentally booked for non- ac, and we were in need of ac room, so he took extra 500. Though we took a ac room, thier was no basic things like soap, shampoo, oil, water bottle given, which is even offered in low grade hotels.

Was a decent budget hotel for overnight or a few hours stay. Would recommend it to others. Access from the road is an issue, but i am sure once the flyover construction is over it will be easy.

very poor for family stay , there is nothing complimentary
