TV not working , NO food facilities and kitchen not available, Tea was also not good it's very Sweety, Service is poor they are taking double rate of tea.

Staff are not friendly and supportive I haven't found cooperation from hotel staff and manager side There was lack of bare minimal facilities. It was wasted only. Terrible experience. Never suggest again.

Rooms are small, no drinking water given, rude staff, too much noise of trains honking, surrounding area bad with no hotels & any other facilities.

Decent & clean rooms . Hotel service was ok. if you are looking for very budget stay . then considerable. connectivity to bus stand is very good. This is really good for quick & short stays which just serves the purpose.

The place is good enough for the price, the staff is approachable and responsive. Its nearby to the Tirmula entry gate. They have wifi and AC rooms available. They have parking place too.

Not worth for the price. Bathroom- poor maintenance , no water bottle, no soap, no tv, no ac remote, pillows on bed are ugly

Very good hotel Clean rooms and very welcoming and supportive host. Made our stay very comfortable and also gave useful information for our dharshan at Tirumala. Allowed to park your car

Property location - good food - restaurant is not functional not associated to this property. For all time food-we have to come e out from hotel. Amenities - switch boards not available from one side of bed. Some of the switch boards also not functional. Wash basin water not coming. A. C - remote not available to this room separately. Only one remote available for whole hotel rooms. For temp adjustment- every-time we had to call the respective person to adjust the desired temperature. Sevices - shapoo, waterbottles not provided in this room.
