HOTEL PLR GRAND

Restaurant food is good and hygienic. Located near the railway station and very close to the RTC bus stand. Very cooperative staff. The bathrooms are neat and clean, they appear to have been recently renovated.

I am giving an average rating because there was ongoing construction work at the hostel, and the continuous noise caused a lot of discomfort during my stay. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

Rooms r ok , wooden door n furniture r rotten, washbasin has a crack in it, location is good . Nearby bus stand. Breakfast was nice.

Location is best, food quality is great but rooms are Not up to the standards . They should work on Cleanliness and hygiene .

worst night I have slept, no proper air conditioner, chemical smell no proper beds and worst bedsheets ufff overall worst experience....

It was a very bad experience, at first when we entered the hotel, the staff did not respond well, We were waiting about 25 minutes, we informed our arrival to them in advance and so many reasons, bad room service, staff behaviour, no car parking facility, suffered a lot along with children and old people

My stay was quite disappointing. The property was poorly maintained, food was below average and not worth the price, and basic facilities were not functioning properly. The location was not convenient and service was very slow and unhelpful. Overall, a bad experience and would not recommend.

after 3 request also door mat , towels were not given , request were done continuously more than 3 times also kya very old hotel, all fittings fixtures were damaged ex door lock , bathroom door , AC etc. can't expect such hotels from make my trip

the stay was pleasant and the food was good.especially the buffet and thali were really good. The rooms were neat.

What about my refund

The room stinks with the odour of cigrettes, very old furniture and bath fittings, look like of 1970's. Nothing modern. Food was average and low priced but you can get better rooms as the same fares in tirupati. Needs a lot of improvement.

Rusted sanitary fittings, flush not working, uncleaned room. Towels not changed for the second day. We got the room changed. Restaurant was good with hygienic food

I had a very frustrating experience during my recent stay. Firstly, the terms and conditions mentioned while booking online were quite different from what was actually offered. The service was extremely disappointing, and the staff's attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. Despite booking an executive room, the condition was unacceptable: The room was dirty and full of mosquitoes No basic amenities like drinking glasses, tea setup, or a water heater I had a very frustrating experience during my recent stay. Rooms are very old and not maintained. Rest rooms are poor and the flush does not work properly. Only the reception area is re done
