Plaza Tower Hotel

The worst hotel in Tirupati, no proper staff. Asked us to wait 30 mins after reaching hotel as rooms were not cleaned as we travelled 500kms and reached plaza tower to take some rest and had to wait was tired no patience and bed sheets were not changed, bathrooms were stinking bad smell in room. Asked to change the room but denied as no other rooms available. PLEASE AVOID PLAZA TOWER HOTEL.

There are no curtains to windows, no blanket. Dirt on the floors. No trash can. The room is not cleaned. Blankets were given a swet smell. Overall, I am not happy with the property.

Yeah room was very clean and neat. It is nice location. We can easily access all locations from here easily. Food was very nice and healthy. Surely I'll recommend to my friends.

Hotel is near to the zoo park, quite easy for commuting . The restaurant under the hotel is quite nice with all kind of vegetarian items. I liked it pretty much. Hotel could be even much better with a simple amenities like providing a TV in all non-AC rooms. I see they provide television only for AC rooms. Housekeeping can be improved. I stayed for two days, but I didn’t see any housekeeping facility active.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall experience was satisfactory, I was disappointed to find that the TV was not available in the room, despite it being listed under the room facilities. This was a letdown as I had specifically chosen this hotel expecting that feature. It’s important for listings to accurately reflect what is offered, so I hope the management updates the information or ensures amenities are available as advertised. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were courteous.

Location was very good. It is just seven minutes drive from Tirumala entry point. Restaurant in same premises is very good. Specially coffee was very good.

I tested paneer tika masala with roti. it’s very tasty ever I eat. But morning coffee and breakfast will avail only after 7 am. My room was non ac and it’s very hot, running fan is no use. In my room it’s basic no tv given, no cupboard given. Parking place available for 3-4 cars, however a lot of space available beside hotel

Staffs are very rude they are not accepting the online booking bcaz it’s lower than there price so they push to cancel cancel

near to tirupathi temple, by walk and by bus also both are convenient and coming to hotel food is a little bit expensive but tasty

It was worst decision to reserve room as there was no basic amenities like TV, Television, Dustbins in room. Also we had child with us and she met sudden accident in room as upon opening the wooden cupboard, it was very light and was not attached to wall. The entire cupboard fell on her making her injured. Though the hotel staffs were cooperative and assisted immediately as well but as per them this is new hotel and many things were required for change and setups. Food was fine but I would not recommend anyone to stay here at least.
