the room which was alloted to us had leakage problem. the room was full time covered with water. we also did not get another room

We felt comfortable throughout our stay. And when we talk about the bathroom facilities, they are hygienic and spotlessly clean!

The hotel has clean and big room. Also the big bathroom and with all amenities. , has a friendly staff. Overall, a perfect place for all.

Worst experience in my life. Recpectionist is uncultured and show violence to customer. Room was untidy and bathroom was like gutur. The rules were told wrong and blame on customer. Do not book the hotel for better experience and do not get fascinated by pictures in overview. There are no such facilities in the hotel, no proper hygiene, no tv. Hotel is tied up with buses, passengers fresh up in room and leave the room. After they leave room, no cleaning is done and given as same.

The rooms are not clean and every where we will see hair and that to they are not providing water bottles and soap too. .

We were offered a deal for approx rs for one night where they mentioned it will be a ac room with induction. When reached the property they said it's for non ac and if you want a ac room it will be per night. Even that was okay but the room was not clean bedsheets were dirty not provided with blanket and pillows l, the washroom was terrible taps were leaking whole floor was slippery and the bucket provided seemed to be not cleaned since years. No induction was provided even after paying rs. Ac didn't work half the time and also when asked for pillows and blankets they provided us with pillows of low quality and blanket which was not actually a blanket but the same bedsheet they were using to cover the beds. Also when me and my partner we went for our darshan we asked the housekeeping to clean the room. When returned the room was as it is no changes also the housekeepers asked for tip even when they didn't do anything. Also the reception person was too rude. Had to check out before our check out time due to these services. Not worth rs for sure. Would recommend not to visit there are a lot of good rooms available besides these hotel which are way better than these services.

Hotel is very near to srinivasam complex for booking balaji darshan tickets and bus stop, very convenient. Excellent hospitality by staff and neat rooms. Overall excellent service.

The property owner behaviour was worst, he took 100 rs extra in the name of gst, want to send me to another property 5 kms away from my booked room at my own cost, room was dirty and no towel soaps were provided.

Very bad experience. No air conditioner, no back up. No geyser. They forced to move to other hotel. Caused time waste and additional transportation charges.

the location was good but the condition of the hotel the room the bathroom was just pathetic. nothing as Oyo standards. we had just one day to stay so we compromised but never going back to this hotel again
