Mixed experience I would say, with the shift the customer friendliness changes from being curt to friendliness to expected lines. My issue is with only two sachets of coffee being provided, when asked for more, came the curt reply we won't give. On the next day morning, the same was denied. TV was non functional, when asked. Came the reply, Recharge is over, plan expired. When the shift changed, new staff members were friendly but still said no. Otherwise, there was nothing much to say

Good stay and recommended to others too. Stay was comfortable and pretty near to the bus terminus.

Facilities nearby are good, but AC in room not worked properly, in bathroom exhaust fan not working and health faucet water pressure is not good. But EV charging available which helped us.

It was bad experience, cz of following reasons 1. No hot water 2. Room was not sanitized properly, observed stinking smell 3. Corridors was filled with dust 4. While staying patch work was going on the corridor 5. For 1 hour early checkin they charged Rs. 1000 .. Even though we checked out 4 hours early next day 6. Water was very hard 7. Toilet flush was not working properly

Great convenient location from bangalore, off the highway, comfortable car parking .clean rooms,beds,linen.,reasonable tariffs,polite and helpful staff. Will definitely book again in future.A2B breakfast and meals in adjacent building too.

Every aspect of service was good except water supply in flush/ lack of hot water and pressure of water in taps.

Overall good. located close to temple Padmavathi Amman at Tiruchannor. Late check in allowed. Staff was good and helpful.

Room was good and in prime location. The main reason for booking the hotel is to have a early darshan at thiruchanur temple. And we had suprabhatam booked. But the hotel didn't have hot water. Receptionist was unresponsive. And i went at morning 3am. He came and said wait for 30 mins running water and it hot water would come. And we bathed in cold water. And when we came down the receptionist was sleeping. When checking out he was not interested to check about hot water issue.

Yes. Pvk residency review of our stay first of all, they charge an extra rs. 600 per room for early check-in. Since we booked three rooms, we had to pay rs. 1800 just for arriving two hours early. Second, there was no hot water facility and no mirror inside the bathrooms. They provide only one half-liter bottle of mineral water per person for 24 hours, and additional water is chargeable. The tv in some rooms was not working, and the electric kettle provided in one of the rooms was also not functional. Despite these issues, the staff was polite. However, online payments are not accepted, and only cash transactions are allowed. There is also no in-house restaurant. Now, the pros: excellent, spacious rooms comfortable beds and mattresses
