familyI paid for hotel through makemytrip one week before. When i entered the hotel for stay, they stopped me and said rooms are booked already and also informed to makemytrip. After a few adjustments i have a room with an air conditioner that makes the worst noise. After complaining, they made to stay on the same place. Why are you charging us more if you cannot provide proper facility?

I already mentioned 2 adults and 2 children but this hotel staff don't accept. Tha staff boy says the room only for 2 adults. The hotel staff says if you stay with your kids please pay extra money. They are behavior very rude and careless. 30 min we are standing in reception area. I am very disappointed
