There was no facility to wash hands in the room, and cleaning up after using the toilet was a big problem. There was no provision for hot water or breakfast, and even the tea was being served in a plastic bag. The bathroom kit provided was not up to the mark – towels were dirty and not cleaned properly. It’s a complete waste of money for a deluxe room.

Stay is not much great ...lot of misquotes entire night no sleep .. tv is not in working condition. Facilities are not much great .. overall much improvement required.

Done. Not going to book anything from make my trip hereafter. Liers. The hotel has given the room without ventilation room. Do you want us to stay in a room where there is no window. No air. What kind of service is this. This is really cheating. We did not stay in the room which was booked. You cannot fool people like this. This us my first and last booking with you. You are only bothered about money and not at all bothered about the persons. I trusted your brand and paid money without seeing the room also. Now i learned from my mistakes that the brand name is not worth for trusting.
