Budget-Friendly Stay with Prime Access
The room is quite decent for the price. The hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of the city, with both the railway and bus stations within a 2 km radius. It’s also very close to the steps leading to Tirumala, making it a convenient choice for pilgrims. There are plenty of good food options nearby—Jalpaan, a popular restaurant, is located right below the hotel and also serves the complimentary breakfast, which is decent. Transportation is another strong point, with excellent access to buses and other local transport. Overall, the stay and service offered are definitely worth the price. A great option for both convenience and comfort.

Poor Stay
Food and location is good. We have to pay very high price for food. Room services are not at all good. All the rooms are not proper size mentioned during booking. Birtroom condition are not good

Poor Stay
A very bad stay. Room was okay. On arrival i need to ask for water as they did not provided single bottle of water in room also chilled water bottle was chargeable. Air condition and television were not working properly.

Stay at Treebo Usha Vasivi with family.
Maintenance and housekeeping service are not at all upto the mark. Room service is horrible too. Also, cockroaches were found in the closets. Not satisfied 😕

bathrooms are not so clean and even there were empty rooms still too denied for early check-in of 2hrs of prior as a complimentary and charged ₹500 for 1 of early check-in. worst service ever seen.

trip to Tirumala and Kalahasti
familyLocation is best at the main highway and their restaurant “Jalpan” has the best quality food with good variety. Market and bus stand is nearby, also jeep or bus to Tirumala pass in front of hotel. More restaurant are also available nearby. Hotel staff are very polite and cooperative. Give good guidance to the visitors.

familyI recently stayed at treebo usha vaisavi and has somewhat mixed experience. The hotel certainly has its strengths, but there are some notable areas that need improvement. On the positive side the rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable atmosphere. However, i must express my disappointment with the cleanliness fell short of expectations. Unavailability of hand wash, sanitizers could have added a star. One piece of advise i would offer to future guests is to avoid booking complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the service at the breakfast offered by the hotel was subpar. It seemed as the staff was merely fulfilling the obligation rather than striving to provide a positive dining experience. The quantity of the food and the overall service left much to be desired, especially considering the additional charges for the breakfast option. I would recommend exploring breakfast options outside the hotel, as there are plenty of choices within walking distance. Numerous eateries in the vicinity offer a more satisfying and enjoyable breakfast experience. Further, adding to it the hotel has ample space for car parking and the security guards are very humble and helpful. In conclusion, the hotel has the potential to be great accomodation choice, thanks to it spacious rooms. However, improvement in cleanliness and a re-evaluation of the breakfast service are crucial for providing a more satisfactory experience for guests.
