Rooms are not clean , no parking facilities, no room service , Bathroom was not good and room are not like pick

One of the worst booking I have ever made in my life The room (108) allotted for me was not a Deluxe . AC and Fans were available to show but both were not in proper working condition. AC Remote was broken and was used to turn on or off. Not temp adjustments possible. Fan regulator nob was broken and was not able to control the speed. Floor and window side was full of ashes and left overs. Power sockets broken and hanging out of wall. Centre table was so dirty as if it was not cleaned for ages. There was no sufficient hot water for one to take proper bath. I was with a baby and had to use my portable stove to heat water. Toilet water gun was in such a bad condition where water spray was not proper rather blocked due to hard water particles. Every time I raised a concern new person use to come and leave without fixing it. After complaining several times, I got a response stating that the room was already allotted and written in the entry book so we cannot change. I know that I should not expect ultra luxury but I am equally eligible to get all amenities what I was shown at time of booking. I literally had no choice but accept it despite having so many issues due to travelling with a small baby.

They stop AC at 4-5 am They don’t give room in the shown hotel in the images.

Under Redevelopment, AC remote not working, No TV, Broken Mug, No Cleaning, Dirty Blankets & Pillows, Low power supply etc.

There is a problem in each and every thing, - firstly they tried to cancel the booking,then they sent us to another property. The rooms are not at all good there is a leakage issue in the washroom, there is leakage in the ceiling, the washroom windows were broken, also there was leakage in the ac exhaust. There is also a cleanliness issue as well. We found a condom under the mattress (used one).

I will most definitely bring my family back to the hotel. It was just amazing. Our stay here was enjoyable.

I’m already book the room but when go to hotel that time he tell room is full and go another hotel then i’m call to rep she tell go to the sunshine hotel and i’m in cab that time sunshine hotel manager call me room is not available i’ll give another location i’m to much strugle for the hotel and my first booking hotel name srinivas recedency my refund is also not giving meme can you check my refund please provide my refund please my refund is 2008 rs and the hotel is soo far for me when i’m travel-ling the so much far from restaurants and the hotel name is sannidhi recendency room is not clean washroom also not clean please provide me refund

Full dirty bedsheets full room cockroach roaming broken chairs and bed and bathroom was full of dirt not hygienic at all. Please never book this hotel or-else you ll suffer like that

The place was terrible. They charged extra apart from booking fee in form of gst. There were bugs on the bed. Rooms were not clean. Bed was not clean

The room was big, with a comfortable bed and a decent restroom. All the required things are in the room.

The staff gave outstanding service, and the bathrooms were extremely clean with a great environment.

The employees provided outstanding hospitality and ensured that every need was met as soon as possible.

Room was full. They sent one more hotel same name. Srinivas residency near allipirey. Again they have collected gst money. Room was pathetic condition. No tv connection. No mosquito coil are liquid form. Worst experience in my life. Hole night no sleep. Room vacated eary morning 4. 45 am.

The worst stay ever i had, also they charged extra than the fare available saying state tax and state gst and also no bill will be provided for that. Fans or doors were not working. Drainage failure, what not everything a nightmare. Please remove it from your list so that at-least your reputation will remain. Yes

Nonsense and hotel and mm t made us fool

The property which i booked is not denied for checkin meanwhile i contacted the customer care and they allocated another property even though that is also denied for check in its very horrible for me i waited for 3hrs and later i take the room on my own though there was rainy i struggled for check in with all my heavy baggage. Nothing it's just horrible experience with makemy trip
