Actually fact is Ac is not working and washroom doesn’t have tyles and every room has issue Ac water leakage

I had a nice and pleasant stay. The staff are extremely friendly. Rooms are nice size and wash rooms are clean.

The stay was very good. Rooms are quite spacious and big enough. very neat too. Staff was co-operative too about check out timings. Budget friendly too.

Location is excellent. Some things are remaining like door stopper, no soap case on wall in bathroom etc. These small works should be completed in order to make a good stay. Less staff, so cleaning was pending. Owner is co-operative and very soft spoken. Staff is good. It would be great if provided with complimentary breakfast.

Rooms were spacious for two people, neat & clean rooms too. Hotel allowed us an early checkin as well. But this hotel is under construction and as of now no restaurant is available at the place. Also, they have solar geysers which will not be of much use in case of cold weather or raining conditions.

It was an awesome stay at ms pride, so cleanliness, easy access, well maintained. Overall a happy stay

Reception of passengers and treatment is good. Washrooms need to be maintained a bit better. Room and lounge are well maintained overall it's good

stay at MS PRIDE IS exelent.सप्तगिरी की पहाड़ियों का दृश्य आपके खिड़की से मिलेगा. होटल की loby बहुत ही अच्छी है इस loby मे 3 रूम ही है floor पर केवल 6 रूम. रुकने के लिए बहुत ही अच्छा है.

hotel is very nice. located in front of a park for kids to play. and the hill view from the room was awesome. woke up to see the auspicious lord's face(hills form the shape of face of the lord). ambience is very nice. enjoyed our stay at affordable price. i would stay as good as a star hotel 😊

The hotel is just 1 month old, hence a lot of things are still getting made. For example, the lift was not operating, dinning area was still not made, no kitchen of their own, and they were operating food from zomato which was taking a lot of time. I ordered veg food and was given non-veg, then they replaced but it took another 40mins. Once made well the hotel can be good, location is fine, staff was good.

As per hotel it looks good but there is no generator facility faced power issues on 22nd night. Even there are some insects which are found in my room.

Room is good, but amenities like heater and breakfast service to be improved. It's not available on time.
