It is near to beach but rooms and property need to be maintained clean and proper

Horrible experience.the rooms are not at all cleaned and we changed the rooms and even the changed room is also not tidy and they took another 30 mons to clean the rooms. Morning there is no attended who can help on shifting the luggage as well. Not at all good

Rooms was not cleaned properly specifically washrooms was not cleaned the room was as given withroom cleaning properly used shop was in the washroom, water logging in the washroom etc...

Rooms were OK but washrooms cleanliness was very bad. TV was working but not the remote. all the 3 plug socket was down there was only the TV plug socket which was working and we were finding so difficult to charge mobile. Bad experience

Checked in and found the room completely unorganized. The bathroom was dirty, and the pillows and blankets looked like they hadn’t been replaced or even washed for a long time. When I requested a change, they gave me another room, but it was in the same poor condition. The bathroom was terrible — the commode lid wasn’t cleaned, the window was broken (and later just patched up), and the AC water was dripping into the bathroom, making a loud and constant noise. When I pointed it out, the staff brushed it off saying it’s “not a big deal.” The floor was sticky and so dirty you couldn’t even walk barefoot. Don’t be fooled by the front desk or the building’s appearance — the rooms tell a completely different story. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Judging by how other reviews sound, I wouldn’t be surprised if most positive ones are fake. Honestly, it’s not even worth a single star.

The room was decent but the restrooms were average, they had broken pipes and walls. Hot water was also not available.

Hotel is with a good ambience for family and service is also good, property also has a huge car parking and people are so nice with good response

They allowed me to check in early and the place was nice and clean. it's closer to tirchanur temple. PS4 restaurant is walkable.

The Hotel was very very very bad condition. No boy, no room service, no restaurant. Nothing welcome to Hotel is very worst who is sitting in reception. They will sleep on a guest sofa where the guest will wait. They will sleep on their even they don't have a common sense to respect the customers. Washrooms Are very bad condition. Buckets are very bad condition and the soap stands are in broken condition. The commode is not in a proper position. It is on very height. My kid was suffered very loud with this hotel. I give this rating under zero.

Actually fact is Ac is not working and washroom doesn’t have tyles and every room has issue Ac water leakage

I had a nice and pleasant stay. The staff are extremely friendly. Rooms are nice size and wash rooms are clean.

The stay was very good. Rooms are quite spacious and big enough. very neat too. Staff was co-operative too about check out timings. Budget friendly too.

Location is excellent. Some things are remaining like door stopper, no soap case on wall in bathroom etc. These small works should be completed in order to make a good stay. Less staff, so cleaning was pending. Owner is co-operative and very soft spoken. Staff is good. It would be great if provided with complimentary breakfast.
