Hotel room are clean and good but stay was with breakfast added but ther is no arrangements for breakfast apart from that it’s good stay

We had a bad experience in this property we booked for AC room but we get non AC room because hotel staff saying they are no ac room avaliable while we check-In. I asked atleast give us extra time for check-out but they didn't...even in room no towel, Toiletries and water bottle also we check-in at 11:00PM in Night already Half of the day was waste but still they didn't give us late check-out and nothing was there in room as well and TV also not working in the morning 8:00AM i try to connect with reception but its not connected later room boy came and took break fast order then we asked Towle nd toothpaste nd brushs basic things then he brought all the things..... Overall my experience is this property was very new building and room are very clean and neat but service was worst. Before going to book the room please make sure check all the reviews. Thank you
